The challenge

Two consultants, one personal approach

Chris Bushey and Casey run Buffalo Express Franchise Consulting. They help people find a franchise that fits their goals, lifestyle and budget, with more than 27 years in franchising behind them and real experience as franchise owners themselves.

Their guidance is free and one-on-one, and the website needed to feel the same way: clear, warm and easy to act on. Someone exploring franchise ownership is often weighing a big life change, so the site has to answer questions without overwhelming them and make booking a call the natural next step.

How we did it

Building it for Buffalo Express Franchise Consulting

  1. Built on WordPress and ACF, so the team can run it

We built a custom WordPress theme with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) behind every section. Industries, success stories, testimonials and journal posts each have their own place, so adding a new franchise category or story means filling in a few clear fields, not wrestling with layouts or code.

  2. A flow that follows the conversation

The home page walks visitors along the same path a first call would take: who Chris and Casey are, their three-step process, the industries they cover, real stories and testimonials, and then an invitation to book a free call. “Book a Free Call” stays in the header, and every page ends with a relevant next step.

  3. Small UX details that add up

Longer industry pages have a table of contents in a side rail, so people can jump to the part they care about. Each industry links to related ones, which keeps visitors exploring instead of hitting a dead end, and testimonials link through to the full story.

  4. Speed from the start

We kept the custom theme lean, with optimized images and only the scripts each page needs. Someone checking the site on a phone between meetings gets the same smooth experience as someone at a desk.

The results

Ready for launch

Google PageSpeed Insights scores the new site 99 for performance. Chris and Casey love how it turned out and can’t wait to launch it.
