AI & Integration Services
We connect the systems your business already runs on, from CRMs and online stores to accounting, shipping and industry platforms, so information moves on its own. Where AI genuinely helps, we add it carefully and explain its limits.
Is your team copying data between systems?
Orders land in one place, customers in another, and someone spends Friday afternoon retyping the gaps. The spreadsheets multiply, the numbers disagree, and nobody’s quite sure which system has the right answer.
We start by mapping how information moves today: which system owns what, where it gets stuck and what should happen when something fails. Then we connect the pieces through APIs and webhooks. AI comes in only where it earns its place, and our post on choosing between AI and a decent set of rules explains how we decide.

What needs connecting?
-
System integrations
Connect your CRM, store, accounting, shipping or industry software through APIs and webhooks, so orders, customers and stock stay in step without anyone retyping them.
-
Automations
Hand the repetitive steps to the system: follow-ups, status updates, labels, alerts and reports, with checks that stop duplicates and tell a person when something needs attention.
-
Practical AI features
Smart search over your own documents and data, assistants that help staff find answers faster, and tools that pull structured details out of emails, forms and PDFs.
We’ll tell you when a few clear rules will do the job better than AI. Rules are often cheaper to run and easier to check.

Most business software that offers an API or webhooks: CRMs, online stores, accounting, shipping, payments and industry platforms. We check the documentation for your specific tools before promising anything.
There’s often another way in, like scheduled exports, file drops or email notifications. If there truly isn’t a reliable option, we’ll say so and suggest the most practical alternative.
Often rules. If a decision follows clear logic, rules are faster, cheaper and easier to check. AI helps with messy inputs like free text, documents and search, and we’ll be honest about which fits.
We work out who should see what before any data goes near an AI feature, and keep access to the minimum it needs. Sensitive information stays out unless there’s a clear reason and proper safeguards.
We build for it: retries for temporary failures, checks that stop duplicates and alerts so the right person knows. If you’d like us to keep an eye on things afterward, we can talk about ongoing support.
Let’s talk about what needs connecting
