The Journey So Far
I’ve always been someone who enjoys figuring out how things work. That naturally led me into digital marketing, where I discovered SEO, a field that perfectly blends creativity, strategy, and data.
Joining Zulu Shack Creative has been one of the biggest highlights of my career. I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a talented, knowledgeable, and multi-faceted team. One of the things I’m most grateful for is the trust and freedom I’ve been given to take ownership of my clients’ strategies. Being encouraged to lead initiatives, solve challenges, and explore new ideas has helped me build confidence while continuously expanding my skills.
One of the things I appreciate most about SEO is that it’s never static. Search is constantly evolving, which means every website presents a new challenge and a new opportunity to improve. No two projects are ever the same, and that’s what keeps the work exciting.

Although I’ve only been with the company for a short time, one of the projects I’ve enjoyed most has been helping a client recover from a significant loss in organic search rankings. While I already had a strong SEO foundation, this project challenged me to think more strategically, refine my approach, and learn a great deal along the way. Seeing the client’s search visibility recover has made it one of the most rewarding experiences of my journey with the team so far.

I’ve been fortunate enough to spend 5 and a half years travelling. My absolute favorite – Hiking a massive part of the Apalasian trail. The ocean is stunning but there’s a certain kind of harmony when you are surrounded by mountains and trees. Next Steps? Climbing the kilimanjaro.
